“What is up in this episode of Better Than Static,” you ask. Well we have a special guest this week, we educate Chris on proper alcohol consumption, and answer the questions everyone asked about Pokemon when they were kids.

We start off sad talking about an NCAA tournament that is filled with upsets. One upset in particular hits close to home with us (UK vs Kansas St), but we make it through a show full of walks down memory lane from Hot Wheels to Tech Decks and much more.

From the ashes of one childhood memory (Toys R Us) comes another (Switch gets Super Smash). Then we talk about a lot of Fortnite news, but don’t worry if that’s not up your alley. We end on a high note of talking about Avengers: Infinity War and a recap of Lexington Comic Book and Toy Convention.

We give a pretty decent review of Black Panther that doesn’t contain any big spoilers.  We elaborate on Killmonger as a villain, and speculate on parallels between Killmonger and Black Panther.  Don’t worry we didn’t leave out giving Andy Serkis props as well.  There is also some speculation on Avengers: Infinity War as well.  We talk about things to come like guests and collaborations, and we mention an event in Lexington (http://www.lexingtoncomiccon.com). We also here a weird flashback from Tyler. Then we get in to the real topic that was sent in from a listener, favorite conspiracy theories. By the end of the discussion we talk about the National Anthem at the NBA Allstar Game because how can you not.

Then we move to a question from a listener, "which tv show would you want to be in," then we further the question, "what movie would you want to be in," with a little distraction between the two questions till (1:06:35)

This week is all about relationships due to Valentine's Day being this week.  We switch out Chris and Lucas for two of the crew's married friends because nobody on the cast has a relationship let alone talks to women regularly.  Tyler is still on this episode not because of his smooth game, but because somebody has to ask the questions that the crew is curious about.

Television is only going to get better with Vince McMahon's announcement of XFL coming back.  We here at Better Than Static can't wait.  XFL isn't the only thing hitting TV, listen and find out about new shows in the works.
