In this episode of "A Pane In The Glass Podcast" I reprise an article I wrote about the Socratic Method of teaching and instructing . As you might guess from the title of the episode, it's all about asking the right questions as opposed to providing what you as instructor/coach believe to be the right responses! I talk about the best "in game" coaching performance I have ever witnessed (it's in the context of a women's ice hockey game with the world championship on the line). I tell you about a real life experience I had last week with the members of the Forest Lawn Bowling Club but it could have been the Forest Curling Facility.
