I played a full round of golf consisting of 18 holes for the first time, and I talk about all of the mindset patterns that happened before, during, and after the game in this episode. I'm not a big golfer and I'm not big on talking about sports, but this analogy-packed episode will be a reason that you can have an enhanced mindset to achieve your goals. I went in with a positive, intentional, and focused mindset and because of that, I played a game that everyone was talking about. Let my round of golf be the reason you have a refreshed and intentional mindset for the situations in your life.

Do you feel some type of way when someone unfollows you on Instagram? How about when it's someone that you knew pretty well or were just getting to know? On today's episode, I talk about the thought process I had when 18 people unsubscribed from my email list at one time. Yep, all at once. It might sound like 1 step forward and two steps back. However, let this episode serve as a renewed outlook where everything is going according to plan.

Are you someone who spends time networking or growing connections with others? Same! On this episode, I talk about some important lessons that I've learned while networking my face off while in Chicago and when I'm traveling. Networking has made me tap into my relationship with my communication style, how I handle recognition and give it to myself first before needing to receive it from others, how I think on my toes when attending in-person vs. virtual events, and how my definition of professionalism is the only one that matters. Tune in to expand your relationship with each of these items too!

Have you ever shared something with the world and received likes, comments, or feedback that was far less than you were expecting? Did this, in turn, keep you from wanting to share again in the future? In this episode, I discuss what it means to receive 2 likes on an Instagram post, love those likes, appreciate my current following, and create an understanding that all I do is valuable no matter how many likes are received. Let's find ways to share more ideas by understanding that something you create is valuable because you say it is with no likes, comments, or added engagement needed.

Imposter syndrome might be something that comes up for you and you might not be able to diagnose why that is. It could be something that you experience often or not so much, but when you do it's totally recognizable. This episode covers the tell-all signs for the root of imposter syndrome. I go a step further and provide a simple remedy called service and how it can be applied to not get rid of imposter syndrome entirely, but to make it more noticeable and manageable.

You know when you have a picture on Instagram you want to post but need your friends to approve it first? Or when you're in corporate and you need your work bestie to approve the email you're sending to your boss before sending? How about when you defer to someone else to approve the texts that you write to others? News flash: all of this is normal. I've been there more than many times and I still find myself in situations like these today. The good ole leaning on others to help fuel added belief in oneself when it's just slightly lacking. Let's talk about how this is a curious space to be in, and what we can do when it comes up.

If you are feeling a little bit stuck or uncertain about where to go next, what to do next, or where you want to be in the future, this is the episode for you. There is this general idea that passions just fall in our laps or appear out of nowhere. Although this might be the case for some, it is not the case for all. Episode 50 discusses trying on different paths, opportunities, and experiences to really narrow the focus on that one thing (or multiple things) that has you jumping out bed in the morning.
I also dive into my story as a coach so you have a direct example on how I found it for myself.
