Colin O’Brady is an American professional endurance athlete, motivational speaker and adventurer. He is a former professional triathlete, representing the United States on the ITU Triathlon World Cup circuit, racing in 25 countries on six continents from 2009 to 2015. O'Brady is a four-time world record holder. In 2016 he set the Explorers Grand Slam (Last Degree) and Seven Summits speed records, the latter of which has since been broken. He became the fastest person to complete the adventurers challenges in 139 days and 131 days respectively. In the summer of 2018, O'Brady set the speed record for the 50 US High Points in 21 days. On December 26, 2018, he completed a solo crossing of the land mass of Antarctica, excluding the ice shelves, using the South Pole Traverse (SPoT) vehicle road during the last 366 miles (589 km) of the journey.

My name is Dr. Steven Gundry. I’ve worked in medicine for over 40 years. I’m probably best known for my work as a cardiothoracic surgeon and heart surgeon… but today my focus is on something very different:

Teaching people how to avoid surgery by using my unique vision of human nutrition.

My mission is to improve your health, happiness, and longevity by making simple changes to your diet.

I am the Director and Founder of the International Heart & Lung Institute as well as the Center for Restorative Medicine in Palm Springs and Santa Barbara, CA. Every day at these offices, I help patients learn how to take control of their weight, health, and energy by using my surprisingly simple diet advice.

I’ve published over 300 articles or book chapters on cardiac surgery as well as on nutritional breakthroughs dealing with high cholesterol, heart disease, and hypertension.

In 2001, I met a so-called “hopeless” patient suffering from heart disease. By making some unusual changes in his diet — almost by chance — this man made a complete turnaround. I was eventually able to give him the quadruple bypass surgery that has kept him alive to this day.

So, in 2002, I abruptly left my position at Loma Linda and founded my own practice at the International Heart & Lung Institute. I began to treat patients with this new dietary philosophy and started seeing transformative results. Then, in 2008, I published my first book on nutrition — “Dr. Gundry’s Diet Evolution”.

My work in finding solutions to reversing disease through nutrition has continued, resulting in my first “Paradox” series books: “The Plant Paradox” in 2017 and the sequel in 2018, “The Plant Paradox Cookbook”.

Perhaps those two books are my proudest achievement to date as it outlines, with statistical data and proven research, the real culprit behind every ailment – from auto-immune disorders to migraines. I hope you’ll pick up a copy for you or a family member that may be suffering. Agapi Stassinopoulos was born and raised in Athens, Greece. At age 18, she entered the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London and afterward became a member of the Young Vic. She moved to the U.S. to act, and later went on to earn her Master’s in Psychology from the University of Santa Monica.

While her sister, Arianna Huffington, was doing research for her book about Greek mythology, Agapi’s love for the gods and goddesses was ignited and led to two books of her own -- Conversations with the Goddesses and Gods and Goddesses in Love -- as well as a one-woman show and a PBS special.

For nearly twenty years, Eddie served as a Navy Corpsman, Marine Scout Sniper and Navy SEAL. Eight overseas combat deployments, two Bronze Stars and one Navy Achievement Medal, both with “V” for Valor.

On his last combat deployment to Iraq in 2017, Eddie led a platoon to successfully defeat ISIS in Mosul. For his performance and leadership, he was highly commended upon returning home. He was named the #1 Navy SEAL Chief, nominated for a Silver Star, and slated for promotion to Senior Chief. He was then awarded a coveted training billet for his ‘twilight tour’ as a SEAL, where in his last years in the SEAL teams he would bestow his experience and knowledge to future SEAL team members as they prepared to deploy.

However, despite this record of success and a sterling reputation, a conflict he thought was resolved during his last deployment followed him home. Chief Gallagher and his family suffered in silence for well over a year at the hands of a mounting whisper campaign started by a small group of disgruntled junior members of his platoon who had been called out by him as cowards on deployment. They were unwilling to keep up with his demands as an aggressive team leader and chief, and turned to deceit in order to escape scrutiny.

Then, on September 11, 2018 he was arrested and unjustly charged with war crimes. Nearly eight months of pre-trial confinement -- being locked in prison before your court date -- followed.

Only after a national outcry, a grassroots campaign led by his family, and an intense legal battle was Eddie found not guilty. He was finally free – proven innocent – but came dangerously close to being crushed by a military justice system corrupted by political correctness, careerism, and incompetence.

The actions of the government - the very Navy Eddie served for 20 years - were appalling. They illegally leaked to the media to smear Eddie in the court of public opinion. They withheld exculpatory evidence. They spied on his legal counsel. Then, after being defeated, the Navy leadership had the gall to bestow achievement medals -- the same kind that Eddie was awarded for valor in combat -- to the corrupt prosecutors for losing their case.

The Gallagher family tragically learned how broken the system is, that our service members and first responders can be unfairly and unjustly targeted, and how vital outside help can be in fighting back against this kind of corruption. They vowed, having lived through the terror of his case and escaping injustice, they would commit themselves to helping others in similar situations and fight to reform a broken system.

Most of my childhood was spent without a permanent father figure. I never learned how to work on my car. I never had the chance to roughhouse with my dad. I didn’t even learn how to throw a baseball correctly until I was a freshman in high school.

Looking back on it now, I wonder how my life would have been different if I had a permanent male influence in my life. What would the world look like if there were more men in it? I’m not talking about males. I’m talking about MEN (there is a difference).

Now that I have sons, I’m committed to being the dad that I never had. We do all kinds of great things together – sports (I coach ALL their teams), build tree houses, and roughhouse ’til we’re exhausted.

As I talk with other men, I can see that there is a huge need for learning how to be a better father. But I’ve also seen a need for strong and honorable men outside of the home.

Guys, we’re losing the meaning of manhood. We’ve gone away from being strong, rugged, independent, and tough to a collection of wimpy, dependent, whiners. Something has got to be done!

And that is why I started Order of Man. We’re going to take back what it means to be a man. We’re going to learn together from the best men the world has to offer. And we’re going to return to our roots of masculinity.

I am not an expert. I am learning. And, the only thing that qualifies me to do this work is that I have a passion for self-improvement. My goal is to take my shortcomings in life and make them my strengths.

I didn’t get to learn from great men most of my young life but I figure it’s never to late to start. Join me and let’s become better men together.

Serial entrepreneur Colby has worked with CEO’s and high level entrepreneurs on a range of businesses and initiatives across a number of industries. Colby is the founder and president of the Queen’s Personal Finance Initiative. A programme to support students achieve success outside from education through leadership, and entrepreneurship support and advice. He also developed pioneering legal software during his time as a director of Firefly Legal.

In writing his first book, Colby explores the ideas of the egoic self and the heroic self and the battle to overcome adversity. This ongoing battle exposes the challenges and difficulties we all face as a humans battling with ourselves. A big proponent of daily habit, Colby believes that good rituals and can lead to increased productivity and growth and provide a solid foundation particularly in times of change and instability.

As a speaker he shares his own personal story of overcoming adversity. As a sports fan he playfully weaves sports analogies and stories into his talks. Developing a narrative that to inspire and motivate his audience. In terms of team building, Colby Sharma is an advocate for mentorship and togetherness, he believes in the power of sports to bring people together.
