The scenes shift in the NLDS as the teams with the lesser records in the regular season head home for a pair of games. The series are each tied at 1-1 with the Braves evening the series with the Phillies and the Padres surprising the Dodgers in Los Angeles.

The Braves are unsure of who their starter will be as of this writing. Philadelphia is certain as it will go with Aaron Nola, who pitched the game that clinched the postseason spot for the Phillies.

The Dodgers are going to throw Tony Gonsolin against Blake Snell. Gonsolin was 16-1 in the regular season but had some caution. He missed a large part of the second half of the season due to injury. Don’t expect him to go deep into the game.

The ALDS is back in action after an off-day. Both home teams are ahead in the series with the Yankees shutting down the Guardians and the Astros stunning the Mariners.
