First a brief description of our background and journey to friendship. Amazing Thanksgiving with friends. God has blessed me. Family and friends. Lots of love. Still remaining faithful to God and what he has blessed me with. Short follow-up to yesterday's episode.

The night I find out that the 12 years I've given to my family has just been thrown into the trash and I've been replaced. I discuss infidelity, disloyalty and betrayal. This is my revelation. Everything that I knew in my heart was happening is true. The moment when my reality became real. How God walked with me through the entire process. How He was there before I discovered my revelation my reaction to it and how I choose to accept what God was telling me and move on with my life because was with me and is with me. This is an Ode to God. He taught me to control my anger. To let whatever be, be. To not lash out in anger and fail Him. To walk forward with and not look back. You will hear my prayer to Him. A prayer not just for myself. A prayer For everyone. I love the Lord and who He is to me. Thank you Jehovah-Rophe. Amen

In this episode I will reflect on what happened to me 9 years ago when two aneurysms ruptured in my brain. I will describe what I was doing and the events that took place. I will describe my initial reaction after coming out of a coma. I will discuss my amazing recovery and the after effects of my rupture. Which led up to my stroke because of a third aneurysm. This is a celebration of life, adversity and survival.

Will I ever find love again after a stroke? After financial ruin? After a divorce? What will my life be like in the future. What path does God want me to take?

Today was my 100th day of working out 100 days straight. It was a blessed day. I also got on Goal Table Talk with my cousin Detra and was able to talk to black women about our goals and the obstacles what we are challenged with. Also had dinner with Rainbow and capped it off with dancing to DJ MOS.
