This week we welcome our very first guest. We want nothing more than to share the stories of other powerful women in our group. Christines humor and honesty was a breath of fresh air for us all. Christine is the perfect mix of business, vulnerability and humor. Join us this week as Christine takes us along her career journey and how she got to where she is today. We all decided we’d like to be her when we grow up as she tells us stories of uncomfortable conversations with past CEO's. Being her own advocate and ultimately deciding what she wants out of her career, and how it has led her to where she is now. We have no doubt that our women listeners are capable of great things and Christine is a prime example of this. She got Danielle’s business juices flowing and made us realize how special it is bringing people into the pod. You all have listened to us and got to know us and sitting down with Christine it took us no time at all to get to know her in the same capacity and feel like long time friends. It makes us that much more grateful for this community as we get to see just how amazing women are and truly what we’ve all had to endure in our careers, its no small thing! We are so excited for Christine’s new career and have no doubt she will blaze a remarkable trail.

Each career very different from the other, our struggles and what we've had to overcome are none the less all very rewarding. In this weeks episode we dive into our top values and how they guide us in our careers. Whether it be optimism in a cut throat industry, or authenticity in an accepting work place our values have definitely shaped the careers we've built.

In this episode we finally explain how Hannah and Kassia are related, and dive into the topic of friendship. Specifically what we value in a friendship, why we think our friendships work, along with some of the struggles of balancing friendship. In the beginning of the episode we weigh in on the notion is your family your friends or do your friends become your family? And how that's guided us in our relationships.

This episode we each discuss what mental health and self care means to us and how we’ve attempted to decompress from 2020. We then dive into manifestations and how we each are taking necessary action of planning attainable goals for what we are striving for, and with that how we've found success in forgetting the fear of judgment. We share some areas of growth from 2020 that we hope to take into 2021. Which naturally brings up some funny stories from this last year, we hope you enjoy!

We look back at the year as it comes to a close and attempt to find the silver linings in this trying year, like a surprise graduation party COVID style or some of our new favorite cocktail recipes.

The three of us dive into our enneagrams, our strengths and weaknesses, and how it guides us during the holidays. We learned a lot about ourselves this episode and why certain things make us tick, oh yeah and there was also mention of the infamous helmet story.
