Growing up in a culture you are not familiar with can sometimes be difficult. The language you speak at home may not be what you speak in the workplace, the cultural practices you have with your family may not reflect the cultural practices of the country you currently reside in, and ultimately you start to mix and balance these cultures until you have created a third culture of your own.
