Episode 26 features my interview with Karen Casey, the author of "Each Day a New Beginning: Daily Meditations for Women." Published in 1982, this was the first daily meditation book written expressly for women in recovery from addiction. The book has sold more than 4 million copies. This year, to mark the 40th anniversary of the publication of "Each Day a New Beginning," Karen has released a 40th anniversary Edition with some added bells and whistles.
She is also an alcoholic who has been active in her recovery for more than 40 years.
