  • Episode 11: Grateful for Our Mom’s
As we prepared to celebrate Mother’s Day this past Sunday, most of us couldn’t help but be reflective about our mom’s. As we look back on life lessons from Mom, what are you most grateful for? What were you most embarrassed by (only to find out that it was actually a really great quality)? What do you wish you could tell your mother then, and now?

Chris and Matt tackle some of these questions and share stories about how their mother's selflessness, leadership, and moments of embarrassment have shaped who they have become.

We would love to hear stories from you about your mother’s!

  • Episode 10: Navigating Change with Matt and Chris
Ever wondered what the conversations between the actual miles sound like? This week’s episode will give you an inside look.

Join our hosts as they celebrate reaching their 10th episode by diving into a topic that came about on one of their runs this week: Navigating Change. Matt and Chris discuss how:

Change can be sudden or gradual
Change can happen to you, or you can choose to make a change
Change is about you vs. you: so don’t let your perception define your reality
Change starts with you, but everyone needs people in their lives to celebrate with you and hold you accountable.
