Episode #175 - Paul Mitchell joined the show to discuss his take on group rides (and calling people out for doing so) during the Covid-19 lockdown and while health guidelines were in place.  We asked Paul to join the show after Tyler made a reference Paul objected to in EP 173 by going on twitter and calling this show out.  We give some context to the comment, allow Paul to give his input and have a discussion about security v. liberty in these trying times.  We also take some time to get to know Paul as he has an interesting story about having a heart attack while cycling and job that gets him on T.V. quite a bit.  Give us your feedback on this show and share it where you can.

Episode #170 - Tyler read a book!  This week Tyler gives his book review of "One-Way Ticket, A Memoir, Nine Lives on Two Wheels" by Jonathan Vaughters.  Vaughters goes into great detail about his doping past and his desire to start a team devoid of doping and a refuge for those who did.  But JV leaves out one of the biggest issues to come before him as a manager.  We discuss the book and that omitted topic.

Episode #168 - Tim Wooden is a 42 year old Mechanical engineer from San Jose who travels the globe for his work, including Asia and China.  He has/had no preexisting issues that would put him in danger of suffering or dying from the coronavirus.  On March 2 he contracted COVID-19 and the next two weeks were hell to get diagnosed, living with the virus and fearing death.  This week we move away from cycling to give you a survivers story about the frustrations of getting tested, the dibilitating effects of the virus and the unknown lingering consequences of the damage done.  

Take a listen to hear Tim's story.  He gives a cautionary vision and also a hopeful one due to the outreach and support.

Episode #167 - Today's episode we sit down with Dr. Jonathan Scriven to discuss the cycling in Europe and the current Corona virus (Covid-19) pandemic.  As Jonathan has lived in France with his family until recently, he has a great perspective on the culture of Europe and how they are handling the crises.  The 2020 Tour was scheduled to start in Nice France, his hometown, and so we go over the route a bit hoping the race will still happen.  About halfway through, we shift to politics to discuss how the US and other governments are handling the pandemic.  If politics aren't your thing, skip it.
