Minn Post reporter Briana Bierschbach broke the story of sexual harassment in the MN Legislature in November of 2017. Senator Dan Schoen (D) of St. Paul Park and Representative Tony Cornish (R) of Vernon Center were accused by multiple women of inappropriate behavior. Both are resigning their seats and special elections are thought to be taking place before the next legislative session in February of 2018.
