This month we get to know our October winner, John Pate from the Royal (Dick) School of Veterinary Studies. John was nominated by his colleague for his unwavering support to students and inspirational manner. Not only does he encourage students from all backgrounds to consider equine, but he's dedicated himself to raising money for Marie Curie in memory of his Mum.
