Eddie Rodriguez My Latin Music Journey“ A South Bronx to South of France Tale”

The Spotlight tonight in on an amazing pianist, composer, arranger, recording artist and touring musician with straight Jazz Artists and top Latin Artist the late Hilton Ruiz RIP. His tragic death on bourbon street in New Orleans was never investigated or solved.

I want to thank Beverly for inviting me to be her guest to honor a Puerto Rican who grew up in Hell’s Kitchen on the West side of NYC

The creativity of a child prodigy performing at world famous Carnegie Hall at the age of 5 years old. A musical genius who left his mark in the Latin and Jazz music industry forever. The late Hilton Ruiz RIP.

If Artificial Intelligence had an evil twin, it would be Automation. A World of Artificial Intelligence and Automation together will have no work for Humans. What will Humans do without Jobs/Labor? Will they become useless? Or will the flourish with unlimited time to follow their passions and work of fulfilling their desires?

A solution to a Jobless Society is being debated by the powers that be. This week we will discuss 2 solutions they have proposed to quell the effects of a World in which Human Labor is no longer required.

1 Solutions is UBI aka Universal Basic Income. We discussed this before a few years ago. UBI will work sort of like the Public Assistance system we have in place today. Everyone will receive a check (Digital Currency) for a specified amount to compensate for a Jobless Society. Sounds crazy but think the Stimulus program and PPP Loans they rolled out during Covid when people who were unable to work recieved weekly Monetary Assistance.
