At times we may not even recognize it, but there’s an invisible war that is very real. It’s a spiritual war, and the only way to be victorious is to rely on the strength and intervention of God, just as Moses did in Exodus chapter seventeen. Today on Light on the Hill we’ll recall a time when the people of Israel had just watched God provide for them miraculously. And immediately after they are attacked by an enemy from the outside. What happens next will serve to encourage us to bring the Lord into the battles of life.
