Humanity has been in trouble from the very beginning, and you and I are no exception. There’s really no way around it, we’re in a mess, and left to ourselves, there’s no way out. What we celebrate today is a reminder that there is a way, but it’s not one we could ever create. It was made by God. And it all begins with the resurrection.

Some people actually believe that God’s love is reckless. It isn’t. That idea doesn’t survive even a basic look at what the Bible says. The prophecies we’re about to go through all point to one event, and that event makes it very clear that God’s love has never been careless or reactionary. It has always been deliberate, precise, and intentional. The only problem is… most people still don’t see it.

Every human being must face the reality of their sin. No one escapes it. There is coming a day when all will be judged and The triumphal entry of Jesus into Jerusalem was one of the most significant and precisely fulfilled prophetic events in history.
