Have you ever felt so confused about how you could have ended up in an unhealthy relationship?  Lets unpack it all here.

We sometimes forget what our purpose in life is and as survivors we think we need to just fill a void,.... rather than fulfill our dreams and goals and future with what we DESERVE.

I want you to think about something….If you keep saying and repeating and convincing yourself that your life is awful or that you are unhappy or you are bad or you are a failure, over time you will begin to believe these things to be true.

You can turn that negative self talk around and start to believe a new story about yourself.  Take a listen and enjoy.

Positive and negative thought patterns coupled with seeking out and "trying" to find evidence of a negative behavior......
