You don’t become the Bride of Christ by accident — you prepare.
In the final episode of the Becoming the Bride of Christ series, Katie Anne teaches what Biblical preparation actually looks like for a woman rebuilding her life after divorce. Drawing from Isaiah 61, this episode walks you through how the Bride washes off old identities, anoints her decisions with truth, and dresses herself in praise as she steps into the year of the Lord’s favor.
This episode is an invitation to stop surviving and start living from identity, peace, and partnership with God.

Why a Godly Woman Suffers With God — Not Alone
If you’re a divorced Christian woman who loves God but feels exhausted, overwhelmed, or confused about why healing still hurts, this episode is for you.
In Part 1 of the Becoming the Bride of Christ series, Katie Anne unpacks Isaiah 61 in a way most women have never heard — not as a comforting quote, but as God’s process for healing. You’ll learn why suffering isn’t something you’re meant to carry alone, and how learning to suffer with God becomes the first step in restoration.
This episode lays the foundation for deep, identity-rooted healing — not self-protection, not performance, but partnership with God.

I declared 2025: “God’s Year.” And as I sit here in my morning devotional, reflecting on everything He’s done… I’m overwhelmed by how wrong I was about so many things — and how right He was about everything.
This short episode is deeply personal.
I’m sharing:
how God revealed His goodness to me in the least expected places,
why His correction became comfort instead of punishment,
how He used closed doors to protect me,
and the moment I realized 2026 is the Year of the Lord’s Favor over my life.
And friend…
Isaiah 61:2 says God has anointed us “to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor.”

Christian woman healing
This is one of the most personal conversations I've ever had on a podcast.
I sat down with the team at Ikonical wear to share my journey—the parts I don't always talk about publicly. How my divorce led me out of Mormonism and into a relationship with the Jesus of the Bible. What it was really like to rebuild my identity as a woman of God when everything I thought I knew came crashing down. And how I used my season of stillness to coaching other divorced Christian women through their own identity transformations.
If you've ever felt like your faith was built on performance, striving, and "doing it right"—only to end up exhausted and empty—you'll understand why this conversation matters.
In this episode, we cover:
✅ The key theological differences between Mormon and Biblical Christianity that changed everything for me
✅ The moment I realized I'd been worshipping a different Jesus
✅ What post-divorce healing actually looks like (not Instagram quotes—real life)...
✅ How I adjusted to co-parenting after being the primary caregiver of a very busy family of 7...
✅ Why I specifically coach divorced Christian women (and what makes this work different from dating advice or therapy)
✅ The difference between worldly healing and godly transformation
✅ How God used my hardest season to bring me to my deepest intimacy with Him
This isn't a perfectly packaged testimony. It's honest, it's messy, and it's real.
If you're in the middle of rebuilding—whether from divorce, spiritual transition, or identity loss—I pray this encourages you that you're not alone, you're not behind, and God is doing something beautiful in the refining fire.

Discover why your greatest battle post-divorce is spiritual, not circumstantial. Learn to recognize when you're acting in the flesh vs. walking in the Spirit.
# UNSEEN BATTLES: WRESTLING AGAINST OUR OWN MIND ## Godly Womanhood Series - Episode 59 ---
### YOUR GREATEST BATTLE ISN'T WITH YOUR EX—IT'S SPIRITUAL
Are you exhausted from fighting battles you can't seem to win? Do you find yourself spiraling every time your ex sends a text, panicking about finances, or questioning every decision you make? Maybe you're the woman who moves too fast in relationships—compromising boundaries, accepting breadcrumbs, operating in urgency and scarcity. Or maybe you've shut down completely—telling yourself you're "focused on God" when really, you're terrified of being hurt again.
**Here's what both women have in common:**
You're exhausted. You're carrying everything alone. And you feel disconnected from who God says you are. But here's what I need you to hear: **
The battle you're fighting? It's not the real one.** ---
### IN THIS EPISODE, YOU'LL DISCOVER:
**FIRST:** How to recognize when you're acting in the flesh instead of walking in the Spirit—because a godly woman knows the difference, and that awareness transforms her.
**SECOND:** Why all your battles are actually spiritual battles—and what that means for how you fight them. Your ex isn't your enemy. Your circumstances aren't your enemy. The real battle is in your mind.
**THIRD:** What God promises when you stop fighting Him for control and start surrendering to His strength. ---
### KEY SCRIPTURES EXPLORED:
📖 **1 Corinthians 3:3** - "You are still of the flesh. For while there is jealousy and strife among you, are you not behaving only in a human way?"
📖 **Ephesians 6:12** - "We do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places."
📖 **Psalm 37:3-7** - God's blueprint for the godly woman: Trust. Delight. Commit. Be still. ---
### THE 7 FALSE BELIEFS KEEPING YOU STUCK:
In this episode, I reveal the false agreements most divorced Christian women have made with the enemy:
❌ "I'm too broken to be loved"
❌ "My past disqualifies me from God's best"
❌ "I have to earn love"
❌ "Safety isn't for me"
❌ "I'm behind in life"
❌ "God is disappointed in me"
❌ "I'll never be whole again"
These are lies. And recognizing them is your first step to freedom. ---
### POWERFUL TRUTHS FROM THIS EPISODE:
💭 **"God meets you in your mess, not after you've cleaned it up."** -
💭 **"Your pain does not define you. What you DO with your pain does."** 💭 **"A godly woman recognizes when she's operating in the flesh—not to shame herself, but as the first step toward walking in the Spirit."**
💭 **"When you don't know your identity in Christ, you chase validation from men, shut down emotionally, and make every decision from fear."
** ### THIS EPISODE IS FOR YOU IF:
✓ You're tired of repeating the same relational patterns
✓ You feel emotionally unstable and reactive
✓ You're either chasing validation or completely shut down
✓ You know Biblical truth but struggle to actually live it
✓ You want deep, identity-level transformation
✓ You're ready to become the godly woman God created you to be ---
### WHAT ONE CLIENT SAID: *
"Working with Katie has been one of the most transformative experiences of my life. She helped me open my heart and mind to new ways of thinking, feeling, and healing post divorce. Through her guidance, I've learned how to process my hurt, embrace change, and begin rebuilding my life with a foundation rooted in God's truth. Her wisdom, compassion, and spiritual insight have empowered me to grow emotionally, spiritually, and personally. I'm deeply grateful for the safe space she's created and the tools she's given me to walk in healing and wholeness."* ---
