I hear a lot of women say that they would be fine never having sex again, including some of my clients who often initially seek my help to salvage their relationship, but if it were really up to them they’d be ok never having sex again. Sounds familiar? In today's episode I tell you the very simple reason why you do not want sex. Spoiler alert, it is not because something is wrong with you or because you are broken somehow. Listen in to find out why.

Let's talk about erectile dysfunction! This is yet again a far too taboo subject given how common it is among penis owners. I know how challenging it can be for both partners when your man struggles with his erection. So today I'm teaching you what causes erectile dysfunction and what both you and your partner can do to solve it.

What is the 'right' amount to be having sex?
Does it matter who initiates?
How to keep passion alive in long-term relationships
And how to feel sexy and desirable, regardless of what our partner is doing (or not doing)
If you're having mind drama in (or out) of the bedroom - this episode is for you!

Here we are, the episode that I know so many of you were waiting for... Let’s talk about menopause and sex!
This is such a hot topic for me… hot in every meaning of the word – hot cause it’s about women and sex (and what’s not hot about that!?) but also hot in the sense that it’s a burning topic that we need to address, that we need to demystify, that we need to rethink completely…
I get extremely lit up by the subject because I think that the way we approach intimacy and women who age is representative of everything that is wrong with society! Spoiler alert, I may get overtly passionate/borderline angry as I record this episode (!) but I’m also hopeful that things are evolving, and hopefully this podcast episode will play a role in opening some minds and shedding a different light on the subject…

Have you been struggling with your sex-drive and been told it's probably hormonal? Have you tried taking oestrogen, DHEA or even testosterone, without any improvement on your libido? In today's episode I explain to you why your hormones are unlikely to be responsible for your lack of sexual desire, and what else is likely going on for you.

In the last episode of the podcast, we discussed the science behind your nervous system and how to identify if a lack of emotional and/or physical safety is coming in the way of your enjoyment of sex. We saw how, not feeling physically or emotionally safe can totally kill your libido, your desire for intimacy altogether, your pleasure, and why it makes it almost impossible for you to reach an orgasm… In this episode I tell you how you can create that deep sense of physical and emotional safety, so that you can open up, let go, and fully enjoy sex!
