As women, we have all been either on the receiving end of slut-shaming, on the giving end, (meaning we’ve judged or criticised other women), or both! In this episode I explore the causes of this paradox and offer some thoughts on how we can evolve in our collective journey and stop this pattern which, among other things, impacts our enjoyment of our sexuality, our sexual freedom and our pleasure.

This week we continue our conversation on how to communicate our sexual needs, wants, desires, to our partner. We look closer at heterosexual couples and explore a fear many women have of "undermining" or "emasculating" their male partner if they share what's on their mind. In this episode, you will learn about the internalised beliefs you might have developed by evolving in a patriarchal society. And I give you tools to break this pattern and allow yourself to be 100% you.

In this episode I share insights from a session I had with my client Isabelle. She thought that all her husband wants is to have sex. That that’s the only thing he is interested in. That he is only affectionate when he wants to get laid. And that as soon as he shows the slightest sign of affection: whether he kisses her, hugs her or whatever, it always “gets out of hand” because the only reason he kissed her in the first place is because he wanted sex from her.
Listen to this episode to find out about Isabelle's realisation during our session, and how it has changed everything for her and her husband.
