For our first Junto we discuss the book; Excellence Wins by Horst Schulze.

This is our first "beer with a buddy" episode. This is where we have someone guest host with us. These people are just other normal guys who want to come on and guest host the show with us. Today's guest host is Casey. Stevo's college roommate for most of college. We debate if college is over rated or still worth the money. We then talk about what sports we would play if we could go back and do it all over again. We end the show with stevo telling us about his dungeons and dragons adventure, then we all share some stories from our college days.

In this episode Stevo talks about the severe weather in Texas over the past week. We then get into how camping and hiking with our kids actually helps prepare you for disaster events and maybe even doomsday. That led us to sharing pretty funny stories of conversations we never thought we would have with another person, and then we had kids. At the end Schick had to get off abruptly but Stevo finished the show with an interview with his avid table top role playing gamer, Brian. Brian tries to explain how it all works to Stevo because next week Stevo is going to be playing with Brian which will be interesting or terrible. We shall see!

In this Valentine's Day episode we talk about: online dating, the struggles of dating after having children, how Valentine's Day is killing people and mother nature, and we compare how love/sex changes as a marriage progresses.
