We can't thank Kimmi Runner enough for coming back into the Hits 101 radio studio and taking story about her latest mtb adventure. We get a crash course on preparing for a 24 hour mountain bike endurance race. How to train and eat for such a demanding race and also to prevent from hitting the wall. We are a big fan of Kimmi and all the help she has personally given to me (Big Lou) last year when I embarked on a 6 and 8 hour race. Tonights show was all about having fun and discussing beers, bike sales, ABS systems for bikes and the usual BS. Bummed to hear about Toolbox brewery closing down but we think that the market is over saturated with too many breweries and we are staring to see more and more closing down throughout the US.

What do Steaks and Bikes have in common?? Well you will have to listen to find out lol. Thanks again to the Path Bike Shop for the sweet Santa Cruz Blur trail demo that we took down to Baja to ride. Congrats to Tani and the shop for 20 yrs in business and wish them another 20 yrs. We also enjoy three awesome beers from Modern Time, Alvarado Street Brewery and Mikkeller. Thanks again to Jordan for cohosting and bringing good content and discussion.

Yeah we don't claim to know everything about everything but we do our best to pretend we do lol. We love coffee and have had previous guest on who do know but this time Jordan and I wing it and get wired in the process. We suggest you go out but some beans from a small mom and pop shop and explore the awesomeness of fresh ground coffee. Cheers
