Beyond The Bike Podcast

One of the most entertaining podcast we have done in a while. Can't thank Bruce Klein enough for coming back into the studio to talk story with us. Such a blessing to capture his story and to have had a genuine conversation with one of the best ambassadors to mountain biking in the USA. We look forward to have Bruce back into the studio in the near future and wish him the best of luck for the upcoming 2019 race season.

Dan Wiliams is not only a friend of the showbut a very knowledgeable mountain biker and wine buyer at Hitime wine cellars in Costa Mesa. We previously had Dan on. He shared his recent trip up north and what soil is ideal and why. We enjoyed a good beer selection from Gunwhale, Offshoot, Lord Hobo and Brouwerji West. Dan also gives us a quick breakdown on the wine making process. Thanks for listening

We welcome Jordan Steyer back into the studio to talk story about the Holy Fire that is now over 80% contained thanks to all the hard working firefighters. We also talked about the new Giant Trance 29 and the Pivot Trail 29.

Aired from Neal's garage! This special take of The Real Talk, with Neal and Big Lou, is TAKE TWO of our interview with Taekwondo Grandmaster Pok Sun Yang and Master Jay. Grandmaster talks about his experience winning Gold Medals at the US Nationals and PanAmerican Games. We enjoy some watermelon, pH-Balanced water, beer, whiskey, and Bacchus-D! Listen in.

best song description of this show would probably be Crazy Train by Ozzy Osborne lol. Cant thank the Hits 101 Radio management staff enough for entrusting us with such a funny and genuine guy, Jerry Rocha!!! The banter was next level along with the tried and true Cismontane beer. Not gonna give anything way from this show so you can enjoy it just as much as we did. Shoutout to the boys, Jordan Steyer and Uncle B. Enjoy amigos!!!

Good time catching up with Jordan on a more relaxed environment. Drinking some outstanding beer from Cismontane and discussing everything from the new Shimano XTR 12 speed to kids racing and so much more. Jordan and I started a podcast show about a year ago and unfortunately it didn't work out at the time. Well the time has come to finish what we started. Jordan definitely has a knack for podcasting and look forward to having him back in the studio and hopefully add him to the radio family.

Man what another awesome show as always with Uncle B and Uncle Jo from Hawaii. Goodtimes chatting up on Baja and the awesomeness of it. Uncle Jo schools us on some Hawaii history and the devastation of the volcano eruption and earthquakes.

Great beer selection, awesome cohost #UncleB and killer guest, Charles Grace of Sleeping Policeman. As we embark on our new time slot we are blessed with a young talented artist from the Palm Springs area. Charles played us some of his original songs and talked story of his adventures when he was playing on the road. Charles is an up and coming singer/songwriter who has been really pushing to make his mark. We wish him the very best and will always be welcomed into the Hits 101 radio studio anytime. You can find his music on all media platforms. Thanks

We want to thank Grandmaster Yang and Master Jay for coming into the studio and to talk story with us. We had a small glitch and lost some audio but was able to save some and we hope you enjoy the show and music. We want to wish Grandmaster Yang on his travels and his upcoming tournament. We will be having these two awesome guest back in the studio and hopefully with some more gold bling from Grandmaster Yang.

I was blessed with a very special episode of Beyond the Bike. Lance and David of Black Water Gospel drove down from the Coachella Valley to come place in Corona Del Mar and to talk story with me about what they have been up to. We had them come in about a year ago before the release of the self titled EP came out. Man how things have changed in a year. These guys are on a roll and racking up awards along the way. they took home some CV Music Awards back in June including Best Alternative Band and the coveted Best Album Award. Lance and David played live on the show and shared some new music. Cant tell you how fortunate I am to have had these up and coming rockstars on my show. Sit back and enjoy the show amigos.
