Being in a remote workplace, it's sometimes hard to get people together to participate in activities. However, at ADC, we have opportunities for everyone to connect with their co-workers, no matter where they are located!

It's fantasy sports season! Join Kevin, Sarah, and Alicia as they discuss the setup and execution of various fantasy sports leagues throughout the year. From fantasy football and NFL pick'ems, to March Madness, there is something for all sports fans to take part in.

As an entirely virtual company, ADC strives to promote being active and bringing our employees together. The Summer Challenge initially started as a "Walk-to-Work" challenge by Co-founder, Dennis Najjar. Of course a tongue-in-cheek play on words for all of our home office crew. Incentives were given to those participating and there was an honor system done by logging mileage in an Excel spreadsheet.

Since then we have upgraded to the exciting Racery platform, sending our challenge around the world with unique routes and making activity tracking a breeze! Participation in the ADC Summer Challenge comes in various forms of activity, such as running, yard work, chasing the kids around, weight lifting, and more!
