Jeremy is a Marine Corps veteran and real estate investor who lives and works in Utah. He started in real estate by wholesaling, which is still his primary exit strategy, but he has also done multiple fix and flips, buy and hold investments, and note investments. Zachary Gray grew up in Northborough, MA. After battling through family financial problems at a young age, such as his parents filing for bankruptcy and losing their house when he was in high school, Zach did not back down. Fast forward to today, he owns 34 units within 18 months of getting started in real estate. Additionally, he has also built a profitable gym called Gray’s Anatomy. His goal this year is to hit 40 units total and to do this he has been attending real estate meetups, partnering with local real estate investors, and leveraging his current relationships at his gym to acquire more properties.

Bruno has been in business since he was 18 years old and in Real Estate Investing since he was 22 years old. He acquired his first 4-unit property with the last of his liquid cash in 2020 and since then has flipped hundreds of homes and has done countless deals. He consistently scaled in his acquisitions as well as created a construction company, which both have generated seven figures in revenue.

Ryan Emrich is a real estate investor and finances professional from the greater Boston, Massachusetts area. Ryan started his real estate investing journey in 2019 by house-hacking a triplex in Worcester, MA, utilizing the FHA 3.5% loan program. Last year, Ryan also utilized the FHA 203K loan product on a multifamily rehab just outside of Boston, MA.
