How do you find those areas of financial benefit that ultimately justifies the decision to deploy or implement a brand-new system? So that's one piece. And the other piece is AI, in a world where a lot of the context is lost in audio communications. I mean, for the most part, statistics also show that in any given presentation, five minutes after that presentation, you only remember 10%.”
