Can something as ordinary as what we eat influence our health, our consciousness, and even the kind of world we create?
In this episode of Beyond the Draft, Imma sits down with Dr. Will Tuttle—international bestselling author of The World Peace Diet, educator, former Zen monk, composer, and advocate for compassionate living.
Dr. Tuttle takes us through the extraordinary experiences that shaped his philosophy, including walking across America at 22 with his brother, living as a Zen monk, studying consciousness, and dedicating his work to the connection between food, compassion, freedom, and peace.
This conversation explores how personal choices can become a form of collective change—and why creating a more peaceful world may begin with the quiet decisions we make every day.

Who are we beneath our names, identities, beliefs, and everything we've been taught to believe about ourselves?
In this thought-provoking episode of Beyond the Draft, Imma sits down with ONE IAM, author, philosopher, and speaker whose work explores consciousness, perception, Hermetic wisdom, artificial intelligence, and the deeper question of what it means to truly know ourselves.
Drawing from his book The Authority Within, ONE IAM challenges us to look beyond borrowed answers and investigate our own experience.
Together, they explore self-inquiry, attention, silence, fear, relationships, suffering, and the fascinating idea that consciousness may not simply exist within the universe—but that our experience of the universe may arise within consciousness.
They also explore the future of AI and whether technology could help humanity understand itself more deeply—or simply become another distraction.
This is more than a conversation about philosophy. It's an invitation to pause, question, and look within.
Listen to the full conversation and discover what may be waiting beyond the identity you've always known.
What if healing isn't something that happens all at once—but something we experience layer by layer?
In this episode of Beyond the Draft, Imma sits down with Kerie Logan, award-winning author, human consciousness guide, clinical hypnotherapist, NLP practitioner, and spiritual advisor.
Kerie shares more than two decades of experience helping people navigate trauma, grief, addiction, and personal transformation. Together, they explore the connection between psychology and spirituality, the meaning of consciousness, spiritual awakening, unresolved trauma, forgiveness, and why healing doesn't have a finish line.
If you've ever felt stuck, lost, or caught in repeating patterns, this conversation offers a powerful invitation to look inward and begin a deeper conversation with yourself.

What if becoming wealthier isn't really about having more money—but about changing the way you relate to it?
Matt Morizio joins Beyond the Draft to share a remarkable journey from chasing his professional baseball dreams in the Kansas City Royals minor league system to becoming an entrepreneur, wealth advisor, husband, and father of eight.
Matt opens up about being released from professional baseball, becoming homeless as a newlywed, building a family, launching Reconstructing Wealth, and discovering that true wealth goes far beyond financial numbers.
We explore scarcity, abundance, faith, risk, family, purpose, and the emotional relationship many people have with money.
This is a conversation about money—but ultimately, it's about building a life you don't feel the need to escape from.

Most people already know they should exercise more, eat better, and take better care of themselves.
So why is lasting change so difficult?
In this episode, Ben Wilson, personal trainer, behaviour change expert, and author, takes us beyond the usual “eat less and move more” conversation. With more than 20 years of experience helping people transform their health, Ben explains the psychology behind habits, motivation, emotional eating, weight regain, and sustainable behaviour change.
We explore why willpower isn't always the answer, why many diets work temporarily but fail long-term, and what people can do differently when they find themselves constantly starting over.
This is a conversation about health—but also about psychology, identity, consistency, and what it really takes to change.

Pressure doesn't necessarily create leaders.
Sometimes, it simply reveals who they already are.
In this thought-provoking episode, Silvia Rizzo, a high-performance leadership and decision-making expert, takes us inside the realities of leadership when mistakes are visible, decisions have consequences, and there isn't enough time to have all the answers.
Drawing from her experience in elite sport and high-performance environments, Silvia shares powerful lessons about handling failure, protecting credibility, making decisions with incomplete information, and balancing control with adaptability.
We explore what separates people who become sharper after failure from those who become more rigid, why sustainable high performance is about more than motivation, and what pressure can teach us about ourselves.
A thoughtful conversation for leaders, entrepreneurs, athletes, professionals, and anyone navigating high-stakes moments.

Why does the body sometimes seem to change overnight?
For many women over 45, the things that once worked—dieting, exercising, changing routines—may suddenly stop producing the same results.
In this episode, Dr. Roopa Chari, an Internal Medicine and Functional Medicine physician with more than 25 years of experience, explains some of the changes women experience during midlife and why so many feel exhausted, struggle with weight gain, experience poor sleep, or simply feel unlike themselves.
We discuss hormones, stress, metabolism, blood sugar, belly fat, energy, and why some women can feel unwell even when their laboratory results are described as “normal.”
Dr. Chari brings a compassionate and practical perspective to an important conversation about understanding the body rather than simply fighting against it.

George Sirois has been telling stories since he was six years old, when he recorded his very first "audiobook" reading a storybook to his cousin recovering from cancer surgery. That early spark grew into a lifelong creative career spanning young adult science-fiction novels, over fifteen audiobook narrations, hosting the podcast Excelsior Journeys, and even directing an international cast of over twenty actors in an audio dramatization of his own work.
In this episode, George shares how the characters he created in grade school to pass time between assignments eventually became the foundation of his Excelsior trilogy, what led him from writing to audiobook narration and eventually directing full audio dramas, and why helping other creatives share their own journeys has become just as meaningful to him as telling his own stories.
WHAT WE TALKED ABOUT:
- Recording his first "audiobook" at age six
- How childhood characters became his Excelsior trilogy
- The path from writing to audiobook narration to directing audio drama
- Serializing his sci-fi/sports series From Parts Unknown
- Why he created Excelsior Journeys to spotlight other creatives
- Co-founding the Once Upon a Podcast Network
