Welcome to today's episode of Barely Legal, where we discuss the five women suing the state of Texas for not providing them with abortions despite their fetuses being unviable and their lives being at risk. We also discuss the unintended consequences of abortion bans that have sprouted across the country since the release of the Supreme Court's decision on Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization, the case that overturned Roe v. Wade and returned the decision of abortion to the states.
