Whether we liked school or not, consider photography to be a school day with skills to learn, assignments to complete, and homework (personal photography projects) it was great for our minds to have mental readiness and routine for when we get into the working world, but generally, our minds crave routine, structure, and discipline as we did at school, now in adulthood, we've got to maintain our routines, which can have a negative impact on mental health.
