Welcome back to Beyond the Mirror 🤍🎙️
Join your hosts Grace and Yohanna from the Tampa Catholic HOSA Mental Health Promotion Team as we continue creating open and honest conversations about mental health and eating disorders.
In Episode 2, we sit down with a special guest who shares his personal story and experience with bulimia. Through this conversation, we hope to shed light on the realities of living with an eating disorder, break the stigma surrounding it, and remind listeners that they are not alone. By sharing real stories, our goal is to help others feel seen, understood, and supported.
We also want to give a special thank you to Jackson for joining us on the podcast and trusting us with his story. We truly loved having him on the episode, and it was such a meaningful and fun experience filming this conversation together.
At Beyond the Mirror, our mission is to look beyond appearance, beyond stereotypes, and beyond silence. Through education, storytelling, and meaningful discussions, we hope to spread awareness and create a space where conversations about mental health feel safe and compassionate.
