Letting Go. On today's episode, Heidi talks about some new ideas she's been contemplating. She recently attended a yoga workshop and has really been excited with a greater understanding of Joe's original ideas for Pilates. Sometimes trying new things can be difficult, but they can also lead to being a better teacher when you simply learn to let go of your preconceptions. This is a great episode for both students and teachers.
