Highlights of the Episode:
Most people type into Google disempowering things, and Google always answers. What I've come to understand about God is that it's not some white Santa Claus in the sky blessing some people and not blessing others. What I've come to know about God Is it is frequency. And it can only say yes, what I've come to know about God is there's only one power, not two, not three, not four, not five, not six, not seven. There's only one and the same power that Hitler used, the same power that Gandhi used, the same power that Jesus used, the same power that Preston used. So that power, from what I've come to understand, is only in always saying yes, yes, yes, yes, and more Yes. Now, how it becomes how the yes gets manifested is through our frequency, how we think, how we speak, how we act, all of those things, create a conglomeration, if you may have experiences and the universe's Yes, yes, I will do your bidding. Yes, I will do your bidding.

Highlights of the Episode:
When we create compassion for ourselves, we then have the capacity to have compassion for other people. And we then have the capacity to have compassion for animals and the environment. And you know, I think it's hard to care about animals if you don't care about yourself on that level.
The thing that I've learned the most is that you have to let it flow through you. It's not yours. It's a currency, it's an energy. That's all it is. It just flows in and it flows out. And the more you let it flow out, the more it's going to flow in, and like that's what I've learned the most because I was not raised like that I was raised very differently and it's been nice to be able to unlearn all this stuff and be like, You know what, like, this doesn't even belong to me, you know, when I've worked as a chef working hours for money working 16 hour days, like, working in restaurants working for, you know, big private clients, it's all like hours for money, like I worked this many hours. So I made this much money. And this is my money because I earned it. Instead of thinking of it as just being like a flow, you know, and I think the more we can look at it as a flow, and the more we can invest our money into other people, the more we'll realize that we have more expansion than we like ever thought possible.

Highlights of the Episode:
My message is to guys that there's there are guys out there for you. You know, it's not just about relying on your partner that there are other outlets there are guys out there that want the same things that you do? And I think the biggest risk I'm going to be sharing a lot more about this. I think one of the biggest risks we can take is connecting with a man, and I, you know. I think that there's a lot that comes with that. There's trust that gets built when you connect with a man and I start to notice yourself when you show up, and you meet someone for the first time or maybe even some of your longtime friends. How much eye contact? Do you share with them? Do you really trust them? Do they have your back? Do you have their back? And I think that's a perfect tool. We talked about feedback. It's a great step of feedback to give you perspective and information on how you trust other men. And if you've if you get uncomfortable, you know, holding eye contact with a man that's information for you.

Show Description
Krista's Bio
Krista Ripma is a marketing coach, launch strategist and co founder of Authentic Audience, a full service digital marketing company dedicated to serving brands who foster the best in self care, self love, and self expression. Authentic Audience is the natural progression of Krista’s previous successes in building million-plus Instagram followings, tripling online awareness and engagement for her brands, and coaching hundreds of seasoned and novice business owners to find and speak their truth. Krista's promise is to cut through the noise and give you a radically honest approach to growing your business.
Highlights of the Episode:
If you are a business owner and not making sales, you don't have a successful business. And we live in a capitalist society, and money is currency. And if we don't like to deal with this intimate relationship that we have with money in a healthy, authentic way, it's not just going to affect our business.
The most successful people to me are the most authentic, the most in alignment. And the only way we can find what's in alignment is to go in, and our business is no, and our business has chosen us. So sit down and ask, sit down and get quiet. I always ask I just ask. And you know, it doesn't always come in like a booming voice of God. But the answers always come.

Jorge's Bio
Jorge Contreras, a Real Estate Investor & Coach is passionate about helping people create time, financial, and location freedom with Airbnb and Real Estate Investing. He retired at age 29, became a millionaire by 30, and now earns multiple 6 Figures with his Airbnb Business.
Highlights of the Episode:
Could you share a little bit about your Airbnb process? (22:00)
o Most real estate strategies require trading time for money.
o The only way to create time freedom is to create money while you’re sleeping.
o Nothing has been able to achieve this better than his Airbnb strategy.
o The most popular Airbnb strategy is the Sub-Leasing Model. The process of leasing, getting approval from a property owner, and putting the property on Airbnb.
o Most of his students use this strategy or use the Co-Hosting Model where they manage the Airbnb and get a percentage of the revenue.
What did facing such explosive growth of your business teach you?
o No one had ever run a mile under 4 minutes until Roger Bannister did it, now it has been broken by over 1,400 athletes.
o It was the same concept for Jorge. When he saw people in his coaching growing their business explosively, he believed it was possible.
o Changing his friend group was an important step.
o He was spending $3,000 per month in advertising and was generating $50,000-$60,000 a year in revenue. He realized this was a bottleneck and increased it to $10,000 per month. Then $50,000. To now $150,000 to $170,000 per month. It was all a mindset transformation.
o He also hired an operations manager which allowed him to work on the business and not in the business.

Highlights of the Episode:
I think leadership is something that a lot of times people look at and say hey, in a business, who are the leaders, but everything that we're a part of needs leadership, our families, our communities, or country or world. Everything needs leadership, and a lot of times comes down to leadership
The real wealth in life, one is taking care, so you're healthy, but his relationships, and whether someone works you know, with us for six months or a year, or two years or 10 years or 15 years is one of the things that I find is my greatest wealth is the wonderful relationships that I've been able to develop with people all across the country

And what's easy about this is it's easy for ambitious people to focus on job Business Finance, but those are rubber balls. If you drop the rubber ball, what happens? bounces back, right. Spirituality, physical health, personal life, key relationships, those are glass balls, you drop a glass ball, it scuffed, or it shatters. And there's a lot of people that are so focused on trying to keep the rubber balls up in the air, that they don't realize that the glass balls are falling."
