#BeyondThisMoment
There are many triggers we are faced with right now. The good news is that there is an abundance of ways we can support ourselves. Today I share a tip on a practice that we can all engage in, at any time.....FINDING The Glimmer!
Glimmering is a term that was first coined by psychologist Deb Dana and the term has since gone viral after psychotherapist, Dr. Justine posted a Tik Tok in her own moment of glimmering. Simply put "glimmering" is purposely searching for positive moments-being eager to find moments of joy and new ways to reclaim our hope. But there is more....tune in to today's show to learn more about this practice and why it works!

Today's show is focused on the process that we should invite ourselves to honor when we may be in a season of waiting. Some may call this process "procrastination" but I offer another perspective to consider. Tune in for a deeper dive on this topic and to receive tips on discovering when it is time to move and why waiting does not equate to procrastination. There is usually a deeper meaning connected to why you may not be getting started.
"Be Still, and know that I AM GOD" (Psalm 46:10)
Today's show focuses on HOPE. How many times this season did we hear "I'm just not feeling the holidays this year" or read the many posts and news media cycles filled with bad news, grief, etc . One would be led to believe, if limited to this messaging, that we are in a time of hopelessness. We are not. Individually, collectively...we always have a reason to hold onto hope and on any day if we can't get there, we have ways to recover and restore our hope.
In this episode, I share 21 offerings that will support you in cultivating hope, even in the most trying of times. May it support you on your journey.

Today’s show “GOOD MORNING GORGEOUS!
“Good Morning Gorgeous” a new anthem for all of us by Mary J. Blige is powerfully resonating with so many of us. Sister/Auntie Mary came out here telling all of our business with such beautiful transparency and truth through expressing her own journey. Today I bring focus to my interpretation of the message in this song and why I believe so many of us are releasing loving others more than we love ourselves AND coming into the awareness that the person we are looking to love us unconditionally, the person we are waiting for-has been waiting for us…”the one” reflecting back at us in the mirror.
Mary J. Blige wrote “Good Morning Gorgeous” with D’Mile, H.E.R., Lucky Daye, and Tiara Thomas. H.E.R. also produced the single with D’Mile and contributes guitar and background vocals. She/They understood the assignment...and we are so grateful!
