Harsh and Inab decided to let their most vulnerable selves come up on this podcast and talk about what their anxiety means to them, in an attempt to give a feeling of comfort to any listener who might be going through it. The podcast is inherently about how it is for us and what does it feel like to be us as individuals. We also talk about our coping mechanisms: Heallthy and the Unhealthy ones.
