The book of Daniel was written especially to encourage students to be faithful to God at a time when they were being persecuted

The Jews were allowed to return to the promised land and rebuild their city Jerusalem

After being exiled for 70 years the Jews finally returned to the promised land from Babylon

Closures are the next king of Babylon there is a huge grand feast

The king of Babylon had a dream that he wanted his advisers to interpret however they cannot but Daniel could and he was appointed chief official

The people of Judah abandon it and they become known as the Jews

Because the people worship false idols god punish Judah letting the Babylonians take over

Jeremiah sometimes referred to as the weeping prophet because of the state of his country is in and attitudes of his people were very negative

Judah has to be punished because of all the evil doing worshiping false idols

God saves king Hezekiah but also punished him after he makes a mistake
