In Chapter 10 of the Gospel of Matthew, Jesus sends out His twelve Apostles on their first mission, and gives them advice on performing their duties :)  Great little chapter! 🙂👍✝

In Chapter 09 of the Gospel of Matthew, Jesus heals a paralyzed man, calls Levi (Matthew) to be His disciple, is criticized about fasting by John the Baptist's disciples, heals the daughter of a leader in the synagogue, heals the blind, casts out another demon, and asks us to pray to the Lord who is in charge of the harvest for more workers. Great Chapter! 🤠✝

In Chapter 08 of the Gospel of Matthew Jesus heals a leper, is amazed at the faith of a Roman centurion, heals many people, calms a storm, and casts demons out of the possessed. Great Chapter! 🤠✝

In Chapter 07 of the Gospel of Matthew, Jesus Christ completes His Sermon on the mount. In it Jesus begins by stating that Christians should not be judgmental, but recall as stated in scripture we should use our powers of discernment (this is addressed for you in this episode). Jesus then talks about effective prayer, and we cover some excellent scriptures to help you pray effectively. Christ finishes with the Golden Rule, emphasizing that the gate into heaven is narrow, and that make it through; then teaches that we as disciples must build ourselves on a strong foundation in Christ. In Chapter 06 Jesus continues with His Sermon and discusses hypocrisy, alms, prayer, and includes the "Lord's Prayer" in this section, ending with the fact that money is a temptation that many simply can not overcome. Great Chapter! 🤠✝

Chapter 05 of the Gospel of Matthew begins the Sermon on the Mount, starting with the Beatitudes, teaching about salt and light, the law, anger, adultery, divorce, vows, revenge, and love for your enemies. Great Chapter! 🤠✝😎

In Chapter 03 of the Gospel of Matthew, I begin by introducing you to the concept of Heaven, as the "Kingdom of Heaven" is a phrase used only in this Gospel, and Matthew (Levi) uses it thirty-two (32) times! John the Baptist is introduced in this chapter, and he baptizes Jesus marking the beginning of Jesus' earthly ministry. Great little chapter! 🤠✝

In Chapter 02 of the Gospel of Matthew, Levi tells the "famous" story of the three wise men (magi -- probably Zoroastrians from Persia). Great little Chapter! 🤠✝
