Low expectation or no expectation at all is a limiting factor in fulfilling destiny. People who suffer from low expectations don’t expect much from themselves or others around them so they coast through life with no drive or goals. Consequently, they fall short in pursuing and achieving  potential.

Dream chasers or people who want to discover their purpose and live powerful lives on the other hand, are those who have great expectations from and about themselves. There is always more to them because they keep their hopes high.

Today’s show is dedicated to those who will not give up on themselves or their dreams because the world asked them to, but will keep pushing and dreaming because they have great expectations!

Ever wondered how your environment impacts your dream?  I am sure you have but have you ever considered your surround from the four different angles of Physical, Mental, Spiritual and Relational Surround?   Well, today is a good day to do so. 

Until I ensure that these four areas of my life and therefore my surround are clear and aligned I may struggle with my dream. Your physical surround, mental surround, spiritual surround and relational surround all have a part to play in giving your dream the Nurture it deserves to survive. 

The law of surround is simple: don't choke your efforts to death because of what you are surrounded with.

Everyone who has a dream or is pursuing one, needs an enabling environment to nurture the dream. What we hear, see or surround ourselves with daily have a way of impacting on the way we live and the dreams we hope to achieve.  The Law of Surround is critical and it can be applied on four different planes – Spiritual, Physical, Mental and Relational. Do a quick check and observe what you are surrounded with and change if you need to.

Does your mind say it is possible?  If not it is time to change your mental surround.  Does your physical location offer you the opportunity to grow? When it comes to starting out, small is a great way to go.  It affords you to opportunity of starting quickly, tweaking and correcting mistakes as you go along, but most importantly, the opportunity of witnessing true evolution from nothing to greatness.

Most great brands today started small and I tell you the story is more potent when you can show evidence of small becoming BIG.

Do you have an idea? Then maybe you want to start regardless of how small it seems, you will be amazed what is packed within it's potential...

Most dreams begin small!  The ideas that birth them even when grande usually have to start small.  Even when we are clear on how huge the potential is, when it comes to translating it to tangible terms, most people are constrained either by resources or support to start small.  However, beyond the constraints, I am finding that it is actually safer to start small and grow into your full potential over time.

With this in mind, be careful how you handle or treat your seed idea today because it might turn out to be what feeds an entire nation or generation. Remember the boy with two fish and five loaves? Every seed is a promise for the future; honour your seed and mind how you treat it. The Bible admonishes us not to despise the day of small beginnings. Every dream evolves and grows as you do, it is therefore unwise to only want to birth big things. (more…)

Are you good at so many things that it has become impossible for you to discern which is your first passion?  Then this should help you.  Look out for these pointers to distinguish between a wish, an imagination or a genuine passion.

Regardless of how many things you do well, give your energy and resources first and foremost to that thing which has passed this Litmus test.

You will be glad you did.

In living your dream or becoming the Organic Leader that you are – there is a need to live from the inside out, you want to be sure what your true passion is and whether you are applying it correctly. Passion is a key tool in bringing to the earth what God has shown us on the inside. It is God’s essence in us and it drives us to achieve our dream or purpose. You can’t really be fulfilled if you are not passionate about your dream.

Happy Easter!

If you have ever had the reality of discovering how unqualified you are, or have had life throw you a curve ball so hard you are not sure you can continue to go, then this podcast is for you.  While we have all being resourced and ‘dna’ed’ by God to be the best of us, how we see ourselves and who we allow to speak over us can determine our quality of success or lack therefore.

At a time when we are in the middle a curve ball situation and wondering how we will rise or if we will rise, it is extremely important to take a few steps back and re-calibrate. In an uncertain world full of terrible circumstances, the man of purpose cannot afford to fold up and die.  Not being qualified is no longer news, it seems to me that God specialises in the use of unqualified people.

Even when pain and loss colour the landscape of our lives, we have no excuse but to rise from the ashes and keep it going.  Mastery is an ability to finish the race and finish it within reason. 

Therefore, regardless of what we face, it is time to Rise again, and keep it going.
