Recently Luke enjoyed an event that had a couple of lengthy but acceptable speeches. Then things got out of hand when the floor was opened to anyone that wanted to speak.

What is the rule with giving a speech? Should everyone have to sit through your speeches or is it a little bit much? Most importantly why was Cameron’s family punished with having to sit through a reading of Edgar Allan Poe’s The Raven at a 30th birthday.
