The title should give it away, it is never a competition with anyone else, it's always Me v Me. I am my own worst enemy, I am my own best supporter, I am who I say I am and who I say I am not.

In my own self-development journey over the last couple years, I have experienced certain things in life that I only heard from other successful people talk about within their own journeys.

Understand that hurt and pain will come and you have to experience those emotions and feelings to also experience the peace and happiness that life has to offer as well.

Remember, you always have to beat you first, you have to win against your own mind, your own habits your life before anyone else can win against you.
