Here’s the deal. I get this whole idea of not trading time for money. It sounds great. I don’t have to work, and I get money. You know what else sounds great? Winning the lottery.
Or like that episode of Saved By the Bell when they were at the mall early to try to get U2 tickets and they found that bag of money just sitting there in the planter by the bench.

Today I'm chatting with my client turned friend Julie Brown. She’s a keynote speaker, networking expert, author and podcaster. And she’s funny as shit, which is why I think we’re a match made in heaven.
I’m Julie’s right hand ma’am when it comes to all her content, including her weekly newsletter, but she totally has a hand in the stories we tell, which is what I think makes the newsletter so successful.

So the idea that we can infuse more fun into one and it’ll benefit the other is pretty cool to me. Today on the show I’m talking to Lara Haver about how (and why) you should infuse more fun into your life and business.
And don’t worry, if you think you’re not “fun” or “playful” Laura’s gonna help you figure out what would work for you.

My 2023 word of the year is: LIFE FORCE. 💥

Humans evolve. Ideas change. And honestly, how is a creative human supposed to stick to one podcast idea for half a decade and a ton of episodes? I have no idea.
That’s why Big…
Some episodes might have old ads to products I tried that don’t exist anymore. But for someone who started with a podcast called Imperfect Party, I say eff it.
This audio sketchbook celebrates the mistakes, the pivots, the tears. It’s a journey, and kind of a wild ride. Because no matter what a well oiled sales page tells you, running a business is hard, but it can also be a lot of fun.
