Fanni Gambero is an office admin turned president and co-founder of XM Talent Pros, an up-and-coming business that LINKS and SYNCS top-notch assistants and visionary entrepreneurs to level up their business.

Fanni earned her bachelor’s degree in international business administration in Hungary.  A few years after immigrating to the US in 2014, she began her work as an Assistant to a visionary executive and began to understand the tremendous power of two differently-wired individuals to multiply a business' impact together.  This new-found passion began to overflow to the clients they served, and XM Talent Pros was born.

Fanni was recognized as the 2020 DFW Rookie of the Year by The Admin Awards, a nationally recognized organization for Administrative Professionals. She is the chapter president of Success Champions Networking Group, the Founder of The Table (a networking group for Administrative Business Xcelerators), and is certified coach in DISC and 12 Driving Forces.  Fanni resides in the DFW area with her husband Danny and two small children. She loves ballroom dancing, escape rooms, and going to her therapist.
