  • Ep 71. How self-judgement can feed depression

For many of us, the critical voices in our minds can become damaging enough to drive us into a downward spiral that ultimately leaves us feeling depressed and powerless.

That's what happened to me recently and is also the reason I haven't recorded a new podcast episode in over 3 months.

If you're feeling depressed and you're judging and criticising yourself, I hope this episode offers some inspiration to start moving towards self-compassion and kindness.

I have more to learn about these things and will share any tips and ideas that help along the way.

This is the final episode in the series. The new series starts on 25 August 2021.

  • Why your healthy diet might not be healthy for YOU

In this episode I talk about how I found out that some of my healthy choices (and of course my unhealthy choices) are actually contributing to my low energy, poor sleep and intermittent bouts of depression.

It all came from something called a Hair Tissue Mineral Sample. I explain what that is and share a few of my results. If you feel as though you're doing "everything right" and still not feeling that much better, this episode is for you.
