Caleigh Rykiss is the Founder and CEO of BOLO, a gym/cafe/salon combo that has been forced to re-group in a COVID-ravaged industry and focus on transforming their one-stop shop for wellness in an online format. Like most entrepreneurs Caleigh has had to change how she ran her business, tackle heart-wrenching decisions with courage and move forward with a learning mindset.
In this episode host Jamie Allison chats with Caleigh about the huge impact the pandemic has had on her business, how she and her community got through those difficulties and her positive outlook on what is to come. Her authentic, open approach comes through in this interview and entrepreneurs will appreciate the candid discussion.
Caleigh started her career as a television journalist and producer at CTV's eTalk. She turned her focus to freelance writing and built up her personal training portfolio before going full steam into creating BOLO.
