Adam Lee is a Cincinnati based musician. He is currently a solo artist whose most recent album is Sincerely, Me. We sit down to discuss the 1993 album August and Everything After by Counting Crows. A fantastic and emotional record that's over 25 years old and still holds up to this day. Stick around after the interview for Adam's performance of "Raining In Baltimore" from the album. Lisa Walker is an Indiana born and raised musician. She made a name for herself in the Cincinnati band Wussy as well as her solo project The Magic Words. We sit down to discuss the seminal album The Dark Side of the Moon by Pink Floyd. Since this is such a big record it's a super sized episode. I've been a big fan of Lisa's work for a long time so it was an honor to sit down and chat with her. We've got a new theme song, "Big Mouth USA" by orginally by Jim Ford but repurposed by myself and today's guest, Tim Brown (Lost Coast, Burn Bros) alongside our good friend Jacob Tippey.
Tim's a returning guest and Big Mouth USA All Star. We sit down today to discuss the 1994 album Weezer by Weezer (aka the Blue Album). This was a nostalgic choice for Tim and I as we both grew up with this album in heavy rotation. So strap in for a trip down memory lane as we review an Alternative classic from the early 90s. Ari Knight is a Kentucky born and raised music fan. So much so she just so happens to be married to a musician. We sit down to discuss the 1977 album Rumours by Fleetwood Mac. One of the best selling albums of all time and a pop juggernaut that ruled radio airwaves in the late 1970s and can still be heard today. It was a lot of fun to sit down and talk about. Lisa Sullivan is an Indiana born but tri state raised photographer. We sit down to discuss the 2017 album Purgatory by Tyler Childers. Lisa has a personal connection to this record having photographed Tyler and his band on multiple occasions. While a relatively new record, this album's depth has struck a chord with a lot of local artists and musicians. This episode was recorded at Arnold's Bar & Grill in downtown Cincinnati.
