    What's up, guys! In today's episode, I'll be talking about addictions, especially nicotine! I will not lie I've been struggling with a nicotine addiction for over a year and a half now... THANKFULLY I've decided that it was not the road I wanted to take so for the month of September I did my best to stay clear of nicotine and guess what it worked! Yes, I did hit the vape once or twice during the month but no purchases were made at a vape shop!!!! In addition, I jotted down some ways to stop vaping and smoking!
