Nik Dhimal, a former Gurkha and now a successful property investor, has an inspiring journey of transformation. Originally from Nepal, Nik joined the British Army in 2017, training at Catterick Garrison before serving in the Royal Gurkha Infantry Unit. His military career included a 4-month deployment in Kenya and an operation in Afghanistan, where he drove heavy vehicles.
During his military service, Nik developed a passion for personal growth, which he sparked by reading personal development books. This passion led him to explore real estate and attend property seminars. While his initial venture into the Rent-to-Rent strategy didn’t yield the desired returns, Nik's determination remained strong. After transferring to Wales, he deepened his knowledge of real estate and eventually left the military to pursue his passion full-time.
In 2020, Nik launched his BRRR (Buy, Refurbish, Rent, Refinance) property strategy, marking the start of his journey as a dedicated and successful property investor.
