Based on 'The Highway' by C.J. Box, ABC's new series follows the disappearance of two teenage girls and Cody Hoyt (Ryan Phillippe). Unfortunately for the good guys, State Trooper Rick Legarsky (John Carroll Lynch) is the best marksman since Robin Hood, and he's hellbent on keeping the girls locked up.
