**Trigger Warning** Suicide.** Today Jodi discusses a very uncomfortable topic that needs to be talked about.  Suicide.  Over the past week, two people in the public eye took their own lives. Thousands of people die by their own hands every year - Is there anything any of us can do?  Jodi shares her own story of depression and her thoughts on what we as a society and as individuals can do to save lives and help end the stigma of mental illness.

Jodi does this show based on her own experiences and opinions, but she recently realized that maybe she was wrong about something she had felt strongly about and discussed many times on this show.  She had to "check" herself because the person she was hurting was herself.  We all have opinions but sometime our minds might need to be opened, changed or at the very least, rearranged.

The holiday blues is a real thing. Jodi has definitely experienced the holiday blues and the worst part was feeling like she was the only one. Another school shooting! They just don't stop.  Thoughts and prayers don't help - So what are were going to do about them?  Jodi shares her ideas.  But is there really a way to stop these violent attacks?
