Brian welcomes Mary Ann and Levi back to the show, and Mary Ann’s husband, Robert, joins us for his first ever appearance on any podcast.In this episode, Brian sits down with BFRO expedition leader Mary Ann, her husband Robert, and investigator Levi to talk about a spring expedition on private property in northern Missouri.

Mary Ann shares more about her work leading BFRO expeditions across Missouri, Arkansas, Oklahoma, and soon Illinois, while the group walks through a weekend that began with knocks, shadow reports, and possible footsteps before escalating into something far more intense.One participant using thermal equipment believed she saw tall heat signatures near a pond and ravine area, later estimated to be between six and a half and seven feet tall.

As the weekend continued, strange activity seemed to build around camp. Then, during a severe storm on Saturday night, Mary Ann and Robert experienced repeated impacts against their tent, including something pushing against the phone pocket and swiping across the front of the tent. At the same time, Levi was watching from his rooftop tent and saw a large outline near the barn blocking reflected light. Moments later, he spotted eye shine before the figure ran into a nearby field.Although the group did not find clear tracks afterward, they did notice soil compaction in the area.

Brian, Mary Ann, Robert, and Levi also discuss the possibility of bad weather being used as cover, recurring equipment problems, additional high-strangeness observations from the property, and what these kinds of field experiences can teach investigators.
