It's a surprise to most and maybe even the Bills themselves that they find themselves with nine wins through their first 11 games. The guys talk about that and if there were any doubts about if this team was legitimately good, that got answered in a big way with their validation win over Kansas City this past Sunday. Did that win put Josh Allen among the biggest frontrunners for MVP and is Sean McDermott in the mix for NFL Coach of the Year?

Also, Matt Milano is close to returning and the guys talk about how they think McDermott may deploy him back on the field. This also feels like the week if the Bills are going to reach out to Micah Hyde, but do the Bills even need to upgrade the spot over Damar Hamlin? In fact, is Hyde even an upgrade?

Matt also has thoughts on Von Miller still showing plenty of juice, a bunch of younger players taking their game to the next level being a huge key to Buffalo's success through this point and much more.
